Price
Each turnkey system contains - in addition to the Pagers - the hardware and software for "marrying" employees and Pagers, as well as for reading out contacts in the event of an infection. The Pagers can be quickly and conveniently assigned to the employees using the enclosed USB barcode scanner, and are also supplied with the current time via radio. Free online, remote training for the first installation and use of the system is included, as well as telephone and email support during regular office hours.

The total sum for all needed Pagers represents the pricing for the turnkey solution.

Unfortunately, we have to assume that the current corona situation will continue well beyond the 2020/2021 turn of the year, since, according to the forecast, only then can medication and a nationwide vaccination be expected. The lifetime of the Corona Tracking system will therefore be at least 9-12 months and there will always be new infections in the company during this time (The Pager hardware could potentially be used for other scenarios and use-cases like access control or evacuation management afterwards).
Assumption:
A company equips 4,000 employees with a Pager.
The unit price is thus 65 € net, the total investment is 260,000 € net (4,000 * 65 €)..
If you break down the investment per employee over individual months of the system lifetime, the following figures result:
- 65 € divided by 9 months: 7.22 € per month
- 65 € divided by 12 months: 5.42 € per month
For a larger company with 25,000 employees, for example, we speak of:
- 55 € divided by 9 months: 6.11 € per month
- 55 € divided by 12 months: 4.58 € per month
